I am a Platinum Medallion with 1.3m miles in my account.
I am trying to book a JFK > FCO (ROME) flight and I can't do that. I've called and they could give me no information as to why I can't use that flight. It's important to get this flight as I am meeting someone in New York before on to Rome.
ie:
SFO > FCO (via JFK)
JFK > FCO
I want to do on JULY 4, 2013
Does anyone know if this type of flight will ever open up or how many days prior that Alitalia will open up the flight. It's frustrating as I want to book five tickets (4 from SFO and 1 from JFK as via JFK)
Advice would be appreciated.
