No MQM roll-over when 'downgrading' from Gold to Silver?

I was Gold for 2012
In 2012, my profile shows that I had 30,331 MQM
My Delta account shows that I will become Silver for 2013 but my current MQM shows 0. I thought it should show 30,331 - 25,000 = 5,331 MQM, right?
