Delta American Express Platinum Offer Wording Confusing?

I saw an Amex Delta Platinum credit card offer which had the statement below. Does this mean I will get a total of 20,000 miles? If not, is this a misleading statement?

"Exciting times are ahead. Receive 15,000 bonus miles and 5,000 Medallion Qualification Miles (MQM) after your first purchase."
