I booked a ticket through my travel agency that was YCA outbound and KCA back. Day before the flight my co-workers told me they were on the non-stop (instead of the connection I was on) so I called the DM line and rebooked onto the non-stop. To get retickted I had to be transfered over to the Government Desk and she came back and told me that she had found my a KCA fare on the flight I wanted instead of the original YCA I had booked. I thanked her for her help and for the fact that she had saved the taxpayer a few $$$ by getting me a cheaper ticket.
Fastforward to this morning (nearly 3 weeks later) and as I'm reconcilling my statement I see no refund for the fare difference (~$100) from DL on my travel card. My DL.com account shows me as having traveled in a K class on the outbound which meshes with my rebooking story.
Do I have a refund coming? Should I be contacting DL about it? If so, do I call the DM line first or send a message through the website?
