Where to go with SkyMiles?

I have 135,000 SkyMiles and would like to go somewhere warm..(BKK,HKT etc) Leaving from GOT (Gothenburg Sweden) or surrounding areas..
Any suggestions? I was thinking around Nov or Dec 2013
