Wondering if anyone else is running into this: I am trying to plan a trip for this summer to Berlin. Every time I search award fares on delta.com it will bring up tickets and then when I click on them I get the message:
"We're sorry. One or more of the flights you selected just sold out. Please search again to view and select alternate flights." :mad::mad::mad:
This happens every time, no matter how I search. Sometimes I get the message informing me that the TXL airport code is switching to BER in March, but I have tried searching with both codes and both produce the same error, literally after 40-50 searches.
I emailed delta IT over a week ago-- no response. Of course I can call in, and I have, but I am trying to keep my eye out for low or mid level BE award inventory and I'd really prefer to not have to call every time, as I am trying to check it daily right now. Am I doing something wrong?
