Wyndham Delta Double Mile Promo Failure

Not sure if you all are familiar with the on-going Delta and Wyndham promotion.
but the deal is that you can buy or gift Wyndham points with 25% more than the usual by 28th Feb. See the link below.

Then there is another promotion that you can earn double miles for transferring Wyndham points to Skymiles. See the link below.

Basically, you can get skymiles at a lowest possible rate ever combining the two promotions above.

The miles were credited to my account successfully.
I have earned total of 6400 miles, base 3200 miles for transferring 8000 Wyndham points and bonus 3200 miles.
However just found out that Delta took away the bonus miles, simply saying robbed by Delta.

Me and my friends and other people, especially who lives in South Korea, are now victimized by Delta's outrageous act and filed complaints to customer service.

Not sure how this will turn out, but just wanted to check if there is anyone here having the same or similar trouble.
