I just listened to Delta's presentation at the JP Morgan Aviation and Transportation Conference.
In response to a question about Delta's capital spending needs Ed Bastian replied "We have one of the younger wide-body fleets in the industry" and while he further implied that there might be some opportunistic buys going forward I got the sense that there isn't going to be any big move order more big planes any time soon.
Am I the only one surprised by the idea that Delta has a "young" wide-body fleet?
