Am I being paranoid with AF about coupon status...?

I have a trip booked in J (S fare) on DL (operated by AF). When I pull up the details it says "N-AF" under coupon status (see below) which I don't recall seeing before. The other AF flight says "open", which is correct. This was a W fare that I bought up into S and the tix was reissued. AF does weird stuff....should I be concerned, or am I being paranoid?
