I am looking at SU flights later in April for HKG-SVO-LHR.
Here are 3 choices:
According to delta.com, I get 50% MQM for the cheap coach fare. And I get no MQM for the Premium Economy A fare. That doesn't seem to make any sense. (Not to mention, 75% for a paid business class fare is insulting.)

Has anyone bought Premium Economy on SU and actually experienced 0 MQMs, and seemingly 0 redeemable miles as well?
If that's the case, I will most certainly take CX nonstop!

- Premium economy, A fare (connecting to M): $1209
- Discounted business class, I fare: $2021
