Delta 2x as expensive as other airlines out of MSP

Why is Delta generally twice as expensive out of MSP than USAirways etc. ?

My company has implemented a new travel system that flags the lowest prices and since then I can see that Delta is double almost 80% of the time, regardless where I go.
Of course now that it gets flagged I HAVE to take the cheaper flights.
