Ok I need the experts help here. I'm flying for the next two days and after the trip I'll be 200 and change from my first status as a traveler. I have plenty more trips planned but I'd love to go ahead and get to silver before those. I've already gone the credit card route so that's not an option. Are there any ways to get those miles without flying or reaching my credit card limits? I know at the end of the year there are promotions and options to buy miles but I haven't seen any options for this early in the year.
I'm also curious if I can cash in redeemable miles to upgrade to FC on one leg and get the bonus MQM for that class?
This is certainly not life or death as I'll get there in the next couple of weeks but curious if there is another way. Thanks everyone
