SM Award Ticket for J Class on AE?

Hi all,

I'm looking at flights from AEP to IGR in mid-January. ExpertFlyer shows 4 seats in economy on practically 100% of flights, but I don't know how to search for business class. The DL agents were no help in locating business availability, though they were able to put economy seats on hold for me. What fare class should I be looking for?
