V Fare? LUT no longer lowest fares?

Hello all,
I just booked a ticket and see that it's a V Fare. I assume this is a new fare class that is cheaper than LUT fares. I've been a bit out of the loop. Are there any additional restrictions with this class? I had not seen it before.
