Discount on paid F upgrade to / from Hawaii for Medallions

I'm traveling to Hawaii next month, and am wondering in there is a discount on paid upgrades to First at t-24 for Medallion members, since Hawaii flights aren't Medallion upgrade eligible. From LAX, these upgrades are typically $250 and I've taken advantage of them before I was FO, and plan on purchasing an upgrade if available on my return to try the new 76W BusinessElite hard product.

I have also noticed on my reservation that Delta has kindly extended their suite of SkyPriority services for my enjoyment, despite my lowly status. Is this typical for FOs traveling to / from Hawaii?
