Anyone Have a Corporate CS Contact for Skymiles?

I'm having a Skymiles issue, and although I have pestered Canarsie repeatedly for rep contacts on the boards, apparently they have all dried up, and flown away (see what I did right there? ;) ). That's right - it seems we're flying without a net (did it again).
