Definitive list what @DeltaAssist can do for you

I though I would, since Delta does not have one, do what we always do at FlyerTalk and produce what is missing - that is a list of all the things DeltaAssist can and can NOT do for us. I will update post #1 with your input. Also, this is not talking rules, just what is possible if you qualify. Clear?
