I'm currently on a roll-Im GM (with Amex Platinum) and I've gotten two in a row op ups on the return leg of my frequent JFK-FRA route. The last one in late April was a doosey. They must have bumped me out of my paid EC exit row seat into a middle seat and then realized and gave me the OpUp to BE because when I got home, not only did they refund my 40 bucks for the EC seat, they sent me a 500 mile bonus for middle seat Monday as an apology.
I expect this to happen more often since DL 107 is now a code share with AF and Vietnam Air. Welcome aboard folks. :cool:
