The past few weeks, Track My Bags in Delta's mobile app seems to be kinked up. I can scan the tag, but that's it. The red "Search" button remains dimmed/unavailable, and nothing goes into "Recents."
Last night, I re-scanned the bag tag receipt after landing, to see if maybe the Search button would light up for items that had been in the system several hours. No luck. As before, the scan worked, but the "Search" button remained dimmed, with nothing under "Recent."
Today, I called the App Support number provided. Spent 17 minutes on hold...was transferred to Reservations (???)...transferred again...another 10 minutes on hold...someone picked up, then hung up.

Anyone else running into this? If so, have you been able to talk to a human, and did they have a solution or some insight into when this will be fixed?
