I just received a call from a DL representative asking me if I left something behind on the flight I took this afternoon. I was a little perplexed since I had not checked my computer bag, so I wasn't aware that I was missing anything. But then I remembered...
I usually watch a movie on my iPad during flights, but got involved in a conversation with my seat-mate on my trip home today and the iPad that I took out of my bag and put in the seat-back pocket at the start of the flight remained there the whole time and I completely forgot about it. The DL rep called to tell me they found it (after verifying the cover) and that it would be waiting for me at baggage claim tomorrow.
I am truly impressed - very good customer service. Job well done certificate going out to this CVG DL employee!
