How about if Delta SkyClubs gave you 3 coupons for Premium Drinks then after the well drinks and house wines/beers are complimentary. If you want more premium drinks then you can purchase them. Would this be a good option?
Keep the same good liquor, beer, wine from before give everyone 3 free certificates(by then you would have had your share) and if you wanted more after the 3 then you can hand over your credit card.
