I was looking at some trips this fall to JNB from the US.
When I got to the trip summary page, it shows an inordinately low amount of miles. I clicked on it, and got a listing of each flight in the itinerary and the miles earned for each flight (I think this might be new functionality.) The two KLM segments (not codeshares, but showing up with KL fight numbers in the Delta itinerary) showed 0 miles each, and that they would be booked in V class.
When I go to the KLM page on the Delta site, it does not list V class, which means no miles.
Is this something off because of the the realignment? Or is there really a V class on KLM that does not earn miles? The segments in question were from LAX to AMS and AMS to JNB.
