Just arrived back in YYC after a week's vacation. Unfortunately my hard-sided luggage came off the belt wide-open and bent to the point where it could not be closed. I filed a damaged baggage report with the ground staff who told me that somebody from the baggage repair office would be contacting me in the next few days. Just wondering what experiences others have had getting luggage replaced from DL? I'm heading into several months of extensive travel and will need to get a new bag ASAP.
