Baggage Question on Award Tickets

Did a search and couldn't find an answer....

We booked open jaw flights for an upcoming cruise (into VAN out of ANC)
using my wife's points, She is a general Skymiles member.

I am Silver Medallion and am on my wife's itinerary. Will bag fees get waived
or will be both have to pay for baggage, since it is her reservation/miles, not mine.
