I booked a round trip CHS-ATL-ROA and then back the same routing ROA-ATL-CHS.
On the first segment yesterday, CHS-ATL, we were late leaving CHS due to a mechanical problem. Did the routine, login to Delta inflight, saw I was going to miss my connection, rebooked ATL-ROA on later flight. Standard.
The odd part was when I logged into Delta.com today to checkin for the return flight tomorrow, it shows that they have me booked on a flight from ATL-ROA tonight! Confirmed with seat numbers and all.
So essentially Delta's system hasn't realized that I'm not in ATL anymore. What should I do? Will NOT contacting Delta somehow compromise my return trip tomorrow? Since they'll show the outbound journey as incomplete?
Anyone else see this before?
