Perhaps someone can help me with this issue. I had four RT award tickets from PHX to SIN ticketed on 4/6/13. The LAX to SIN portion was on KE as this worked out best for us. The return portion was on Delta. I received confirmation of these 4 tickets with ticket numbers for all four of them. I checked on the Delta website regularly to make sure there were no changes to the tickets.
Fast forward 3 months and I get an email stating that We had been re-ticketed from PHX going through SEA to NRT and then SIN. Our arrival date has been changed and we arrive one day earlier. I called the awards desk and they told me that the ticket was cancelled by KE right after the reservation was made and that they were just informed that we did not have seats on the flight from LAX to ICN and onward to SIN. I guess I don't understand since we had ticket numbers, how can they just cancel the tickets and not tell anyone. There are still economy class tickets available for purchase on our original flights. Does anyone know if there is a way to get us back on the original fights. Thanks.
