DL routes help from the Philippines?

Hi guys, would really love some help over here regarding flights out of the Philippines. Im currently located in Cebu, Philippines. Delta does not currently fly out of CEB(Mactan International airport) so I have to fly to Manila(MNL) via local carrier. I have no problem with this when im heading back to the US, but coming back im always getting nailed with excess baggage because of the weight difference and im always bringing extra stuff back from the US.

Any who, would it be possible to fly out of CEB-NRT-JFK and then JFK-NRT-CEB? Via delta? Instead of MNL-NRT-JFK and JFK-NRT-MNL?

I actually would not mind any flight from JFK to CEB as long as it bypass MNL.


Ive flown the DL 172 MNL-NRT-JFK / DL 173 JFK-NRT-JFK about 5x now and im starting to really dislike MNL more each time i do this.
