I'm getting ready to book my next set of flights, and the first of them is the 9 a.m. Saturday LAX - ATL route on a 777.
The 777 is one of the only planes I haven't gotten to sit up front in yet, and as I travel exclusively domestically at the moment, these rarely show up, so I'd like to maximize my upgrade chances.
As a GM, I'm wondering how much of a bump in chances I'd get from moving from a T fare to an L fare, realistically? It's only a $100 difference (and well under budget for this trip), but I don't want to splurge if it isn't going to be a big bump.
Anyone have any thoughts on distribution of fare codes w/in medallion tiers?
