MNL to SYD or AKL or CHC or ZQN

SO and I are looking to get away sometime after the new year. She is interested in Australia, we are sending the Junior partners there this month for short vacation on our firm. I am interested in New Zealand, wondering what anyone here would suggest as far as routing on DL or any other ST partner so we can earn miles? Will most likely book and M fare and use my SWU's to upgrade to BE, so would prefer DL metal.
