Any suggestions would be most welcomed:
4 passengers on 4 different records (for various reasons) traveling together in about 3 weeks from Rome to Boston. DL 6587 (AZ 614). Apparently AZ is changing their schedule and the non-stop flight is not operating (per a DL supervisor I spoke to) on the day we are ticketed.
passenger 1 (no medallion status) = economy award ticket (75K) moved to the same flight one day earlier (DL says someone at AZ did it).
passenger 2 (Gold Medallion) = economy paid ticket, linked to passenger 1's record, also moved one day earlier (DL says someone at AZ did it).
passenger 3 (no medallion status) = economy paid ticket, moved to different flights same day as original flight (DL says someone at AZ did it).
passenger 4 (Platinum Medallion) = Classica Plus paid ticket, not moved yet - still on flight that is supposedly not operating.
Do I sit and wait and see if they (maybe) give me business class over the pond or lock into something now? The small paranoid part of me says this is just a big Delta.com glitch..... but the DL supervisor said he called AZ. Oh - I also spent the afternoon re-routing the rest of my party thru CDG so we could fly on the day we originally wanted to fly.
All tickets were booked via Delta.
Suggestions or comments?
