EU flight moved to depart 5 hours early

Hi all,

My intra-EU flight connecting to TATL was cancelled and I was rebooked on another flight departing 5 hours earlier. OK flight, DL codeshare, so not exactly a Delta issue, I suppose.

However since it's an EU flight, it operates under EU rules and I suppose someone here knows what to do.

Am I eligible for any compensation?
