This integration between DL.com and the phone system is making me mad.. I'm completely stuck unable to change my reservation
Tried to call into the Gold line today, but it wanted a password instead of PIN. I had set my password (at least I thought I did) on the website, but Gold line wasn't recognizing the password.
Decide to go to Delta.com, and try to change my password. But, in the process, I guess I didn't remember what I had set my password to. After too many attempts, my account is locked.
Trying to use password recovery doesn't work either, since one of the security question asked is one that I've never filled out!
Now - I'm stuck, I can't login online, and when I try to call the Gold line, it also says my account is locked...
And I've been waiting for 15 minutes+ twice now, and both times the phone call gets disconnected!!
What to do? I can't contact DL either online or even via the phone..
