Four hour layover in CDG - access lounge?

I'll be flying from SEA to CDG on Delta then from CDG to RBA on Air France (both economy, maybe economy comfort on the SEA to CDG leg) What options do I have to access a lounge at CDG?

I have the following:
-Two United Club day passes
-Four AA Admirals Club day passes
-Two Lounge Club day passes (only one in Terminal 1)

It'll be a long day and would be great to take a shower before the flight to Rabat.

Do I have any options? If these passes don't work (I doubt it), can I buy day passes for a Delta or AF lounge?
