Separate Booking- Non status passengers loose sky priority?

I mean LOSE in the title. Not loose. Sorry! Mods please change if possible.

Im a PM, and I'm on a booking with one FO and 2 non status passengers. If i separate the booking so I can be upgraded, do they lose the sky priority privileges and EC seats?
