Mileage question via Alaska and 1 stop

It's been a while, so sorry if something like this has been discussed. I did search and could not find an answer.

I'm really close to Gold and want to know how this mileage credit might work. If they credit me like I think I'll be over by 56 miles, if not I'll be screwed. I don't want to wait weeks to see the end results, so asking now to plan...

I recently did MSP-SEA-PSP and back.

I know the MSP-SEA mileage, it was a DL flight. The connecting flight was on Alaska Airlines (see below). It was a single flight (9096) with a stop in SFO.

Delta 9096 (SEA)-(SFO) miles 678
Delta 9096 (SFO)-(PSP) miles 421

What will I see for the one-way mileage credit: 1,099 or 1,178
