Got a promotion to renew my skyclub membership before the end of the year and receive two extra months. My membership was expiring shortly after the new year, so why not grab some free months.
Except, the promo didn't work. My renewed skyclub membership expires a year later instead of 14 months later.
I already sent DL a complaint.
