Lounge Access in F and Sleeper Seats

Hi guys,

I will be taking two flights with DL in February LAX-HNL and HNL-LAX. Both of them are in F. Can anyone tell me, if I will be able to make use of their lounges at any of these airports?

My reservation says, that the seats are supposed to be sleeper (flights operated by B767 both ways). What do they look like because I 've seen different F seats online? What about legroom in row 1?
