While waiting for a 12:30 flight today, I was called to the desk, where two Delta Airport Experience folk asked if they could talk to me for a few minutes. Specifically, they wanted to know if there was anything they could do to enhance the ATL experience. After gushing how great Pre-Check is, I did mention they could fix the boarding process, pointing to the gate lice already crowded around the boarding door. They wanted to know if coffee or donuts might be good to have at the gate in the morning, but I held firm that correcting the cluster frock that is boarding would be, IMO, the single best improvement.
Thought I'd pass this along in case anyone is flying through ATL today, so that, unlike me, you could have an answer ready.
