You may recall the thread - http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/delta...cy-breach.html - regarding KLM responding to comments/complaints submitted by customers with addresses outside the USA. For me, my UK address (where I reside) is on my account and I also have a US address (overseas military) as a secondary address in my account.
IME, the KLM folks have never responded to my comments/complaints, specifically, the comments I had regarding the ex-LHR MQM earnings in February (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/delta...-full-mqm.html).
I've found if I go to dl.com's comment/complaint page and do not log in, it appears my feedback goes to DL customer service in the US, which I find tends to respond to comments/complaints.
