Questions regarding sky miles and bonus offers

Long time lurker, first time poster.

Hello FT

I am a low to moderate flyer (1-2 domestic and 1 intl trip a year) and don't want to wait forever to earn enough miles to actually be able to use them for award travel. Searching across DL website and saw bonus offers through hertz for rental cars( I do travel a lot do to work and rent cars often) and clicked on the promotion. When I went do the reservation I ran into a problem, where do I t my skylines numbers
