Hi, I ran into an issue when trying to book a SYD-LAX (or BNE/MEL) in business on Virgin Australia. It shows up as available in Delta's online system (also shows up on Virgin) but when I click through on it, a "no longer available" error comes up. When I call in to Delta, the agents can't book it either.
I'm well aware of how buggy Delta's reward system can be but was wondering if there were any tricks to try? Ask an agent to book into a specific class, etc.
It is about 315 days out from today, so I'm wondering if there is some kind of time thing in which VA let's its Velocity members book but not partners.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
