Award Ticket Availability - Sky Miles vs. Flying Blue

I apologize for the newbie question. I understand that each of the airlines that are part of Sky Team independently administer their frequent flyer programs.

Like many others, I have been extremely frustrated by Delta's online booking engine when attempting to book award tickets that include segments on partner airlines such as KLM or Air France. My biggest complaint is that the online booking engine doesn't allow one to see the availability of itineraries involving flights within Europe on KLM or Air France other than for the specific dates that were used for the search, meaning that it is not possible to see an awards calendar view for such itineraries.

In addition to my Delta Sky Miles account, I also have a KLM Flying Blue account (although the vast majority of my miles are in the Delta account). I've found that the KLM online booking engine is much better than the Delta online booking engine in terms of being able to see a calendar view reflecting the availability of roundtrip economy class award tickets with an orginating segment of DTW to a European hub and a subsequent connection within Europe on KLM or Air France.

If the Flying Blue online booking engine reflects the availability of such a ticket at a certain award level (e.g. 60,000 miles) with a specified amount of taxes, is it likely that a Delta rep would be able to book that same ticket at the same award level?
