Just printed my boarding pass for AMS. At the top of the BP it says "Intl - verify all docs service failure". I phoned Delta to ask about this unusual wording, and the agent said everything looked fine on her end. I am also pre-approved for TSA Prechk, although I'm not sure that I can use it for an international flight. My sister checked in for the same flight and her BP says "Intl - verify all docs". Can anyone tell me why the words "service failure" appeared on my boarding pass? Should I be concerned or is it a glitch with Delta's IT?
