20 MQM Bonus not posting correctly

I noticed that my final 12/31/20 Amex Delta Reserve bonus mqms and miles posted 1/14/21 with an as of date of 12/31/20
I earned 1000 extra MQMS and they posted on Delta.com but did not add into my grand total...the bonus skymiles did add to my skymiles total but the MQMs show posted but not in the post rollover MQM total...anyone else have this happen...?

This was from the Amex spending promotion that ended 12/31/20 for every 1000 of spend.

I guess Ive got to call Delta and have them try to explain this to the skymiles service people....my guess is that since this credit is backdated 12/31/20 but posting 1/14/21 but after my rollover occurred 1/3/21 the system is not acknowledging any more MQM credits earned in 2020 once the rollover has already occurred..

Recently booked and about to fly an Aeromexico flight. It's a business/premier class, bought from Delta.com. NOT an award ticket.

It's listed as a Z-class. When I go to the Delta earn miles with partners it doesn't list Z-class. Says if the class is not listed, I won't earn anything?

So I understand this is a Discounted Business Class. Strange..as even discounted economy tickets earn something.

Last year I was disappointed I could not access the Delta Club on a Business Class ticket to Mexico. Apparently Mexico isn't considered international nor is it Delta One. So confusing Delta is compared to Alaska or AA, etc.... Now I know I can access Delta Sky Club because I have an Amex Plat now. But this mileage thing could be another slight disappointment.

I have lots of $ in the form of DL Vacation vouchers (from cancelled intl. trips). Assuming that intl. travel doesn't resume later in 2021 I was looking into booking JFK-LAS trips, per DL Vacations I must book a 2 night minimum hotel stay. Since I get "upscale" hotels like Bellagio and Caesars Palace free(from gambling:)) I would choose the cheapest hotel they offer (doing a search for a few selected dates their cheapest offerings effectively are a few $ more than just airfare), is there a requirement that I actually stay at a hotel in the package?
If intl. does not resume in 2021 is there a chance that the Vacation vouchers would be extended into 2022?

Hi, what's the earliest that I can scan my passport at a kiosk to get a boarding pass with DOCS OK? Can I do this on the calendar day prior to my flight (but within 24 hours)?

I have an intl flight tomorrow that I will be cutting fine, it would be good to be fully checked in and verified this evening.

I booked an itn jfk-las-jfk using 2 egift cards @$50 each, the balance was charged to a cc.
(1)dl emailed me a receipt, it lists ONE egift card (and its number) [but NOT the 2nd one], the final amt billed to the cc is correct; but it seems there is $50 unaccounted for.:confused:
(2)at www.delta.com the receipt shows the full price and then notes "total price difference" [which is $100 less], making NO mention of egift card useage nor how the the balance was paid for.
(3)at the conclusion of my booking I saved the screen to a file, both egift cards and their numbers are listed but how the final balance was paid for doesn't show in the file.
Is there some "secret" spot where I can see what egift cards were used and how the final balance was paid, say, 6 months from now?

DL runs a n/s DL1 service between jfk and las, jfk-las (dep. between 8 am and 9 am), las-jfk (in the vicinity of 1 pm), for the last several months (including 1/21 and 2/21) both flts were #325. I just booked the eqiv. service for March 2021 the flts are now #677--is there a reason why the number changed? I'm just curious.;)

Unfamiliar with Delta and hoping for some classic expert FlyerTalk guidance here...

Scenario:

I have a credit from cancelling the return leg of a January 2021 flight (the ticket was purchased in December 2020, outbound flight in December 2020).
Im now looking to buy a ticket for NYC to LON travel in February 2021.
It appears that buying a return ticket is significantly cheaper than buying a one way ticket. I dont currently have a specific plan for when the return would be (but I'm confident I will use Delta again in 2021).
I plan to use the credit from the cancelled flight towards the purchase of a new ticket.

Questions:

Is there any downside to buying a return ticket, with the return LON to NYC on an arbitrary date later in 2021, e.g. August 2021, flying the outbound flight, then cancelling the return leg, and receiving a credit for the cancelled return flight?
Does using a credit to help purchase this return ticket compromise any change/cancellation rights?
Are there any conditions around purchasing a flight now, for an outbound flight in say February 2021 and a return flight in say August 2021, that would be impactful and should be considered?

Huge thanks in advance for any help with this scenario.

I had a Delta flight booked simple roundtrip SEA - SFO using companion fare for myself/spouse.

Found a cheap fare on AlaskaAir, so I booked that, and under the covid waiver requested a cancellation of the Delta flight and re-instatement of the companion fare via their text-message support, figured I'll use the companion fare for something better than a short hop.

All good and expected, got the refund email, the delta flight money refunded back to my credit card under covid waiver, and the companion fare re-instated which I have successfully used to book a different delta flight. Everything fully normal and expected so far.

BUT - the now-cancelled delta companion booking (SEA - SFO) is still showing up under "My Trips", with seat assignments and upgrade requests, as if everything is normal. Has this happened to anyone before? Like I can change seats, buy-up to comfort plus for $20 and so on (both in-app/on-website). I've never had this happen with any other of my delta cancellations so this is very odd.

Why am I seeing this cancelled flight under My Trips even though we have gotten back our money, and the companion fare. The trip is next week and now I'm wondering if we can actually check in to get a boarding pass and take this free flight (and then just cancel the Alaska flight which leaves a couple hours later if we are able to actually board this flight). If we can't checkin/get boarding pass, no fuss, simply take the Alaska one which we paid for.

I cannot seem to find any flights out of Manila in February. Delta started flying ICN-MNL beginning January but cannot seem to find any flights February onwards? Have they suspended MNL again?

Because of Dutch Covid regulations KLM has decided to stop all long distance flights and also flights to European destinations that "would not allow them to bring crew members back should they get infected at an outstation." I haven't seen any statement from Delta as the possible impact of connecting flights from AMS. From what I can tell this new regulation effectively brings travel to/from AMS to a halt.

I took a domestic Brazilian flight in PY. The booking class was P.
Earned deep discount economy class skymiles (5%). The fare was OPSU0O2.
When I called Skymiles about it, I was told I bought an economy class fare with a free upgrade so received miles for O-class.
This "free upgrade" was not disclosed anywhere in the booking process, not even in the fare rules. They state "PREMIUM ECONOMY OW EXCURSION FARES"
Luckily it was a short flight so it did not make much of a difference but I won't be doing this again. There was no service difference between PY and Y anyway, just a blocked middle seat.
I flew all three major Brazilian carriers on this trip and I thought LATAM had the worst service. Azul > Gol > LATAM, IMHO.

Newish to delta and noticing when i am booking PDX/JAX the website defaults to 6 options thru ATL. I know from playing with multi-city that there are other routing options if I am willing to accept another leg (ie pdx-slc-atl-jax)...these other options open up access to different aircraft plus potential for different pricing, but i can't seem to find them UNLESS i go to multi-city OR search award travel -- but then then routing disappears when I go back to $$

Is there a way to set a preference that allows Delta.com to show more options to a flight search than simple the most direct?

Hi all! Hope everyone is staying healthy and safe in this new year! I just wanted to get advice from the experts. My PM RUCs were supposed to expire on Sep 7 of 2020, but DL was awesome to extend it to March 6, 2021. However, with the virus still not under control and the worry of traveling right now, do you think DL can extend RUCs again? Or maybe a sympathetic agent might bend the rules for me for travel past the March 7 expiry date? Id like to use all 4 of them, but its just not looking like Im traveling anytime before March 7. Or does anyone know of any Covid safe travel destinations for a weekend getaway? A special person is asking me to visit her in Michigan, but is there anything to see in Detroit?

Can main cabin tickets purchased with miles be upgraded to Comfort+ as platinum members? My wife and I want to travel back to Cancun, as we have done several times in the past few months. We have up to now always purchased main cabin seats and then as platinum members, upgraded to Comfort+ immediately after booking. We have tons of miles, and with this COVID nonsense we can't see being able to use them for Europe or Asia travel in the forseeable future, or ever, as we always have done in the past. Is it allowable for us as platinum members to purchase main cabin tickets with miles and then immediately upgrade those tickets to C+ as we have always done with paid tickets? Upgrading to C+ is all we want to do, as purchasing FC with miles is out of the question with the atrocious FC service currently being offered. That would be a total waste of miles. Thanks.
